Apply Aviva face oil.

Holding the stone at a 45-degree angle to the skin, make long, sweeping strokes with gentle pressure.

Always move the stone from the inside of the face outwards, and finish each glide with a little wiggle at the hairline.

At the end of your routine, make downward strokes along the neck to drain any stagnant fluid towards the supraclavicular node at the collar bone
